THE amendment which I wrote, and tabled, along with other like-minded Members of Parliament, had a very simple objective.
It was to reflect the overwhelming public view that the case for military action against Iraq has not yet been made.
Most people believe that two things are required. There must be a second United Nations vote, specifically authorising military force against Iraq. ...
