Standard & Poor's--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its preliminary ratings to G-Star 2003-3 Ltd./G-Star 2003-3 (Delaware) Corp.'s $450 million floating- and fixed-rate notes and preferred shares (see list).
The preliminary ratings are based on information as of Feb. 21, 2003. Subsequent information may result in the assignment of final ratings that differ from the preliminary ratings.
