Dr. Daniel Patriarco likes to restore things to their original state.
"I like to fix things," Patriarco said.
"Not always spines, but houses."
Patriarco, a chiropractor, said he has admired the old cobblestone house at 609 Vine St. in Liverpool for 15 years, driving from his home in Westvale to his chiropractic office on Morgan Road in Liverpool. He called the house's former owner and said he, "wanted the "in' if he was ever going to sell it," to use for his office.
