Fall showgoers got a glimpse of the Case IH combines to come in the next two years. The AFX 7010 and AFX 8010 will be available for harvest 2004, although some machines are already in the field.
The sleek styling of the Class 7 and Class 8 Case IH harvesters sparked many conversations wondering how similar the machines are to their New Holland harvesting cousins.
"The two combine brands are very different," says Leo Bose, product training manager for Case IH combines. "The styling is bold, but the Case IH combine looks different than the New Holland. Of course, the threshing system is completely different."
