KERR-McGEE'S 1990 FOURTH-QUARTER NET INCOME UP 34 PERCENT

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Kerr-McGee Corp.'s (NYSE: KMG) net income for the 1990 fourth quarter was $49.9 million or $1.01 per share, up 34 percent from $37.2 million or 75 cents per share in the same quarter of 1989. Excluding the discontinued operations and the sale of the soda products division, net income was $50.3 million, 26 percent higher than the $40 million earned in the 1989 fourth quarter.
