Mar. 2--Local general contractors have reported several new contracts.
Among them is the new $4.7 million Downtown Tucson Intermodal Transit Center, which Lloyd Construction will bring back to life.
Built in 1907 as the Southern Pacific Depot, the historic train station on East Toole Avenue is part of Rio Nuevo, the $750 million effort to revitalize Downtown Tucson.
