As luck would have it, she landed a position with a small firm that was only 2 years old. In the time that she was there, she helped develop a franchise division, and worked on such accounts as Subway, Houlihan's and Hair Performers. That firm soon grew into the largest franchise PR firm in the country. Today, they are a hi-tech PR firm. Sanderson & Associates was born in 1984 to keep the specialty of franchise public relations, and the system Rhonda helped develop, alive and thriving.
