RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is a statement by NCAE President Julia Kron:
Governor Martin's State of the State address almost leaves me in a "state of shock," said NCAE (North Carolina Association of Educators) President Julia Kron.
NCAE members are unclear about what the Governor means when he says that he wants to "protect teacher pay step increases with $19 million, ensuring that teacher pay steps remain unfrozen."
