Auto Insurance's Pot Of Gold
"It is a fantasy to hope for a system in which a policyholder could have both affordable auto insurance and no restriction on the right to sue."
This statement, which strikes at the heart of the auto insurance system's problems, comes not from an auto insurer or insurance association. It arrives from a more unlikely source, the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
