MERSEY Docks and Harbour Company revealed yesterday it has revalued its Princes Dock estate at pounds 90m.
The latest valuation is a major increase on t he pounds 60m book value of the office, residential and hotel scheme.
News of the increased valuation came on the same day as the company revealed a small fall in profits.
The site has recently seen t he completion of its third office building. It also houses a hotel, with planning p ermission gained fo r a second hotel, to be run by Malmaison, and a multistorey car park.
