Q: At a buffet dinner at Foxwoods casino in Connecticut, I had a chicken breast stuffed with broccoli. It was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I'd be very grateful for the recipe. - P.C.H., Roslindale

FOXWOODS' STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEESE
4 boneless chicken breasts (5 oz. each) with skin on
8 oz. broccoli florets
1 1/2 T. butter
1/2 c. chopped shallots or onions
