Matria Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq:MATR) and Health Care Service Corporation ("HCSC") have signed an agreement for Matria to provide comprehensive obstetrical disease management services for the HCSC membership residing in the states of Illinois, Texas and New Mexico.
Through the agreement, Matria's obstetrical disease management program will be offered to more than two million HCSC covered lives in the combined three states.
