WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Food Processors Association (NFPA) has announced that Dr. Mark McClellan, Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will serve as a Keynote Speaker at the upcoming Food Safety Summit, to be held March 18-20, 2003, in Washington D.C. McClellan, one of five keynote speakers during the Summit, will address the second General Session, which begins at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 20.
