Over the past decade, Boone County has become the job center of Northern Kentucky, with more jobs than any other county, and more people commuting to work in the county, according to newly released census data.
The figures show that nearly 64,000 people work in the county, and nearly two-thirds of those workers come from beyond the county's borders.
"Those numbers don't surprise me," said county Judge-Executive Gary Moore.
