SUCCESS IN SAIGON

I was born in 1969 in Saigon, Vietnam. After graduating from high school in 1985, I worked at a local hospital, helping patients with tuberculosis and other lung diseases. I weighed only 107 pounds. I realized I was as thin and weak as my patients were. If I did not improve my health, I too could become deathly ill. I needed a change in my life. I was scared to enter a gym, so I asked two of my friends to go with me. I worked out one hour per day and, after six months, I had gained 13 pounds.
