Mar. 7--CARY, N.C.--Mayor Glen Lang, who has been pressured recently to explain his business connection to a developer with interests in Cary, is in business with the developer's son, according to federal documents.
Securities filings with the N.C. Secretary of State's Office list David Falk Jr., son of apartment developer and manager David Falk, as a partner in the wireless Internet provider that Lang founded last year.
The documents, filed in January, gave formal notice of Capitol Broadband's plan to raise $1 million from investors. Three months ...
