Brunswick Corp., [BC] of Lake Forest, Ill., has acquired marine navigation electronics supplier Northstar Technologies Inc. from CMC Electronics for an undisclosed amount. Established in 1970 as Digital Marine Electronics Corp., Northstar, of Acton, Mass., supplies marine navigational systems, fully integrating Global Positioning System (GPS) and advanced chart-plotting capabilities with technologies such as sonar and radar.
