SIR; I'm writing in response to Loyd Grossman's claim to being the only premium bland in the Oriental market, as stated on the inside flap of The Grocer, January 18, 2003.While I acknowledge that with a retail price of 1.65 [pounds sterling] versus Sharwood's at 1.59 [pounds sterling], this is indeed a premium priced range, I'm sure that Loyd Grossman would agree that any definition of premium must also take into account both the quality of ingredients used and authenticity of the recipes, both important factors that Sharwood's has always adopted ...
