Mar. 11--Prominent Taos chef Joseph Wrede is on his way to Santa Fe to open a new restaurant.
"I would just love to be on the east side of Santa Fe and do a Joseph's Table there," Wrede said, referring to the restaurant that he operated for seven years in Ranchos de Taos. "I don't want to be in some obscure corner of the city -- I want to be in a prime location."
