Benson, Minn. -- From the same people who brought you ethanol comes a new way to put a tiger in your tank: high-grade vodka.
West-central Minnesota farmers are not only using their distillery to make ethanol from corn, they've also become the first in the nation to make ultra-premium vodka from home-grown wheat.
Cooperatives in Benson and Winnebago have teamed up with a California-based firm called Infinite Spirits to create exceptionally smooth and pure spirits, start to finish.
