ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- State board of education members are strongly in favor of fully funding special education and more funding for the programs in the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), according to a new survey conducted by the National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE). Additionally, state policymakers are satisfied with state progress in implementing the reforms called for in NCLB, but have lingering concerns about the effect the federal law will ultimately have on their state.
