A POLICE sergeant who ordered a lorry to block the path of a stolen car has denied making a serious error which could have led to the deaths of two teenagers.
Darren Franey and Scott Veach, both 14 from Kensington, Liverpool, died after crashing a stolen car into the back of a lorry in the Mersey tunnel,an inquest has heard.
