Mar. 14--A plan to build the first private four-year university in the Sacramento region is being proposed by the Catholic educational order that runs Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento and Saint Mary's College in Moraga.
An announcement that an agreement has been reached between the Brothers of the Christian Schools and landowner Angelo Tsakopoulos will be made formally at a news conference this morning at Christian Brothers High School.
