Mar. 12--Palmer Johnson Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, Wis., has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but that company's financial woes should have no effect on planned expansion at Palmer Johnson Savannah Inc., said Skip Robinson, general manager of the yacht builder's Savannah operation.
"We are two separate entities," Robinson said. "We are owned by different people."
