Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Kentucky, Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma are the top seeds for the 2003 NCAA Tournament.
Kentucky (29-3), the top seed in the Midwest Region, is the nation's hottest team with a 23-game winning streak and will play Mid-Continent champion IUPUI in its first-round game on Friday in Nashville. The Wildcats, who won the last of their seven NCAA Tournament titles in 1998, enter as the SEC regular season and tournament champions after sweeping through the conference ledger without a loss.
