MARLBORO, Mass. -- MARLBORO, Mass., March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Egenera Inc., a leader in next- generation datacenter infrastructure, today announced that its BladeFrame(TM) system has successfully completed interoperability testing with IBM's TotalStorage Enterprise Storage Server (codename Shark)-and has earned IBM TotalStorage Proven. This new capability is available immediately as part of BladeFrame Release 2.2.

The IBM TotalStorage Proven program builds on IBM's already extensive interoperability efforts to develop and deliver products and solutions that work together with third-party products.
