THE INTERNET boasts more financial Web sites than sites devoted to any other subject--except sex. Unfortunately, most financial sites do little but waste your time. But the best sites make invaluable investing information and tools much more accessible than you could have imagined in that long-ago time before the World Wide Web. These sites include CBSMarketWatch (cbs.marketwatch.com), MSN Money (moneycentral.msn.com) and Yahoo! Finance (finance.yahoo.com)--all of which, by now, are familiar to most Web-savvy investors.
