CHICAGO -- CHICAGO, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Many of the nation's best high school basketball players will soon converge on the United Center in Chicago on March 31 to compete in the EA SPORTS Roundball Classic, touted by many industry insiders as the top match-up of senior talent in the country. Created by Sonny Vaccaro in 1965, the Classic has served as a springboard for the likes of 2003 NBA All-Stars Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnett, Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady, to name a few. This year's EA SPORTS Roundball Classic will be no exception, led by high school phenom LeBron James and 22 of the nation's greatest young basketball talents.
