Glens Falls -- The basketball seemed to roll around the rim forever, making circles in slow motion, like something in the movies.
Then, with 17 seconds left on the game clock, the shot by Moriah's Mike Fernandez dropped through the hoop and into the net. With it went Faith Heritage's gritty, storybook season, and a chance to repeat as Class D state boys champions.
