SAN JOSE, Calif. -- SAN JOSE, Calif., March 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Representatives from the City of San Jose, San Jose State University, Grambling State University and the San Jose Convention and Visitors Bureau joined forces today to unveil plans for the inaugural Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Literacy Classic.
The Literacy Classic marks the first NCAA college football game of the 2003 season and will feature the San Jose State University Spartans who will host the Grambling State University Tigers at 3 p.m. Pacific time on August 23, 2003, at San Jose State University's Spartan Stadium.
