The Lord Chancellor's Department has published a response to the consultation paper, 'Selection Procedures for Circuit Bench and Recordership'.
The response sets out plans for relaunching the competitions to recruit Circuit Judges and Recorders, using a national programme proceeding Circuit by Circuit.
