We all know people who are listened to with rapt attention whenever they speak. I am not talking about individuals who demand our attention because they are our superiors. I am talking about people whom we want to listen to, learn from, and emulate. I am talking about healthcare executives who are centers of influence.
In the workplace, professionals who are centers of influence demonstrate far more than a technical mastery of their jobs. They are individuals who embody some, if not all, of the following qualities:
