Waste Connections to buy 3 companies
Folsom, Calif. - Waste Connections Inc. has definitive agreements to buy three companies in California and Oregon that will add about $32 million in annual revenue to the company.
The companies are the Green Team of San Jose, a franchise collection and recycling operation serving San Jose, Calif.; Green Waste of Tehema, a franchise collection and landfill operation serving Red Bluff, Calif.; and an a unnamed franchise collection company in Oregon.
