Mar. 22--A new Web site launched this week by an Orange County landlord group makes it easier for movers.
The free site, www.aaocconnect.com, was sponsored by the Apartment Association of Orange County. It allows new residents, any renter or homeowner, to change their address, sign up for telephone and cable services and even a newspaper.
