BOSTON _ Penn had been right there all game.
Facing a physical and athletic Oklahoma State team on Friday in a first-round NCAA East Regional game at the FleetCenter, the Quakers went into the last five minutes down by four and with their hopes alive.
Then it all got away.
Because of two straight turnovers, followed by an air ball that fell into the Cowboys' hands, Penn watched Oklahoma State add to its lead and gain enough steam to post a 77-63 victory before a sellout crowd of 18,141.
