WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will hold a news conference today to call on federal authorities to treat an explosion in a Chicago-area Muslim family's van as a possible war-related hate crime. The Washington-based Islamic civil rights and advocacy group will also announce the offer of a reward for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of the perpetrators.
