The mission of Allied Trades of the Baking Industry (ATBI) is to simply serve all of the segments of the baking industry by providing financial support to a wide variety of local, regional, national and even international associations. In reality the association and its members do a lot more.
The ATBI in many ways is a vehicle in which individuals and companies can demonstrate their dedication to the baking industry. ATBI provides a means in which they can support the wholesale baking industry in a way that demonstrates that they are partners -- and not just vendors -- with the companies they serve.
