Mar. 24--BEDFORD, Texas--There's no telling what L. Don Dodson might have been able to accomplish if he hadn't been so sleepy for so long.
"I'd run full speed all my life, and I probably was tired a lot of the time," said Dodson, Bedford's mayor from 1972 to 1992. "I slept all night, yet I wasn't rested."
