When it comes to using language some people can talk the talk. But of course what really counts, linguistically speaking, is whether you can walk the walk. Last month a government document, of all things, was published that accomplished just this feat.
Making Things Happen was produced by the learning disability task force as an annual progress report on the government's most recent White Paper on learning disabilities, Valuing People.
