TV talk show host, Dr. Phil McGraw, will be the keynote speaker at The Salvation Army's National Advisory Organizations Conference (NAOC), April 24-26, at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
The Salvation Army of Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware is hosting the conference. McGraw's keynote address is scheduled for Friday, April 25th at 8:30 a.m.
