BILLERICA, Mass. -- BILLERICA, Mass., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Experion Systems announced today that Alex d'Arbeloff and Tom Sargent were named to the company's board of directors.
Mr. d'Arbeloff co-founded Teradyne, Inc in 1960. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1971 to 1997. During his tenure, Mr. d'Arbeloff led Teradyne, the world leader in automatic test equipment, from a $13 million company to a $1.3 billion industry giant. Mr. d'Arbeloff retired as CEO in 1997 and as Board Chairman in 2000. Mr. d'Arbeloff has served as Chairman of the MIT Corporation since 1997.
