The February 18th London Daily Telegraph warned that under the European Union's laws dealing with "xenophobia" and "racism," citizens of Great Britain could be extradited to stand trial before foreign courts. "Legislation now before Parliament will make 'xenophobia and racism' one of 32 crimes for which the European arrest warrant can be issued without the existing safeguard of dual criminality," noted the British paper.
