UNIVERSAL DOMAINS INCORPORATED (OTC BB:UDCCF) - announces that it has signed the final agreement with Hawkeye Drilling Co., to purchase their Puckett Field project located in the Rankin and Smith Counties of Mississippi. Hawkeye is the working interest owner of approximately 807 gross acres and 721 net acres known as Puckett Field.
