A posher class of tat EYE-WATERING news arrives from the nation's busiest shopping street. Selfridges department store, usually good for potted shrimps and drip-dry pyjamas, is to open a tattoo parlour and body-piercing studio.
The plan is to offer piercing 'below the waist and above the waist' as well as tattoos. In other words, the next time Knuckles the Punk wants to have 'Hate' drilled into his forehead, he'll be able to take the bus to Mayfair and stroll past all the glitzy boutiques.
