Sino-Belgium aluminum JV targets Beijing Olympic opportunities
Shanghai. March 27. INTERFAX-CHINA - A sino-Belgium aluminum joint venture, between Aliplast NV and Zhejiang Zhenxing Axiang Group Co. Ltd, declared in Beijing recently that it is targeting the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games as its No. 1 priority, according to information Interfax received from China Non-ferrous metals Association.
"Our JV company, called Aliplast Axiang, is expected to become east China's key producer of aluminum over the next few years, exploiting our capital and technical superiority," JV general manager Xu Yuxin added.
