Budapest. March 27. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Istvan Temesfoi, the chairman of cannery and frozen food company Globus Rt, signed a contract on Thursday with Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG on the acquisition of 100% of the four Polish factories of F.J. Elsner & Co GmbH, Globus announced.
