A NORTH Wales company which manufactures sea salt says it expects to secure substantial orders from contacts made at the five day International Food Exhibition in London this week.
Anglesey Sea Salt has already taken three firm orders from the event and is following up many more leads from potential customers at home and abroad.
The Brynsiencyn-based company produces natural sea salt harvested from the waters of the Menai Strait and is considering a massive expansion in production capacity to meet rising demand.
