With different setlists and versions every night, Pearl Jam's hardcore fans find every show different and vital.
Starting a couple of years ago, they could have them all. The band decided long ago to start bootlegging its own shows and selling them to fans, but it took until 2000 for technology and distribution to catch up. Starting then, the band has put every show on sale, mixed off of the master multitracks, and set a record by having five of the albums enter the Billboard charts simultaneously.
The double-CD sets, priced at $14.98 (less than most single CDs) contain the full show in artwork designed by bassist Jeff Ament.
