Spoornet's chief executive officer, Mr Zandile Jakavula, has been told that he must accept being demoted to the position of general manager, human resources, or else be dismissed following allegations that he bought a house worth Rand 250,000 ($US 25,177) from the company at a price of only Rand 83,000.
