CBC (Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos), single ammunitions producer in Brazil, is considering the possibility of going private to reduce costs, and has already hired the broker Fator Doria Atherino. As a public company, CBC spends nearly R$500,000 per year. The company is controlled by Arbi group, which has 70% of the voting capital and 41% of the total capital.
